Weight Loss

Millions of people dream to lose weight. I would like to elaborate on one of the components – the chitosan. If the school you have had five on the biology, the word "chitin" will certainly be familiar to you. This substance – The main component of crustacean shells and external skeletons of many insects. Chitin reinforced carbon-fiber connection – acyl, therefore, has a special strength. At the beginning of xix century, French scientists have separated from the chitin and acyl obtained in pure form a new substance-chitosan. Since then, there have been many fundamental studies. Chitosan were devoted to the work of three Nobel laureates – 1903, 1929 and 1939.

In our time, interest in the natural polymer does not weaken: for it is constantly writing in scientific journals, it is actively discussed at conferences and symposiums. The fact that chitin shells of marine life heals the body, long pointed out the inhabitants of Japan. They traditionally consume chitin with food, but in Europe and America chitosan in food supplements became popular after its useful properties have been proved experimentally and have received wide acclaim. As a powerful natural sorbent, chitosan helps to control weight and promotes weight loss. How did this happen? Chitosan – is not only a source of fiber, but also a kind of biological filter. It lies within the so- called enterosorbent. Chelators are able to absorb and excrete harmful substances. In contrast, fiber and other sorbents of natural origin, chitosan works more efficiently thanks to its unique molecular structure.
